Overview of the tour in Quito

The tour starts at 06:00 am at the meeting point (the meeting point is coordinated with the tourists once the reservation is confirmed), where your guide will be waiting to welcome you and give you instructions to start our tour.

Then we will begin our trip to the Cotopaxi National Park, once there we will begin our ascent to the José Rivas Refuge where a delicious cup of hot chocolate will be waiting for us to shelter us from the cold of the moor.

Once our energies are recovered, we will begin with the different tours of the area, visiting several incredible places such as the Limpiopungo Lagoon. Finished our tour we will begin with the return until the exit of the Cotopaxi National Park.

We will have our well-deserved lunch in the Machachi area, after which we will return to the city of Quito, in order to end our tour.

At the meeting point look for our guide with a crimson t-shirt, black gap, and a sign with the Kunakkuna Experiences logo.

*Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses.
*Comfortable walking shoes.
*Rain jacket (rain poncho) we never know when it will rain.
*Extra clothing in case you decide to swim in the waterfalls.
*Binoculars (optional), you can observe various types of birds.
*Extra money in case you want to buy something during the tour.
