On arrival
We will be located by the Malostranská metro station (Green Line A) - in front of the tram station with the same name. You can recognise us by the white, blue, and red umbrella, or by the willow plait decorated with ribbons that resembles a whip (it's called a pomlazka in Czech).
Things to note
First thing: we will take the tram for four stops. Please arrive early to purchase a valid ticket. We will be available to advise if you do not have a ticket. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the validity of your ticket. Please do arrive ten minutes early, as the tour starts at 14:00 sharp.
Please dress according to the weather, wear comfortable shoes, bring a bottle of water, and ensure you have used the bathroom in advance, as public toilets are scarce on the tour (it's a three-hour walk, after all). It's a "Free Walking Tour", which means that we walk around the city in a relaxed setting without entering paid places. At the end of the tour, it will be you who, according to your degree of satisfaction, will decide what the value of my work is.
On the tour, there are stairs, but mostly downhill, so you're aware.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
