Overview
Departing from the center of Prague at the appointed time, we will head northwest to reach Karlovy Vary in approximately two hours.
Upon arrival, we will make our first stop at Spa I, where we will learn stories about the most famous physicians of the place. We will then follow the Teplá River, passing the former seat of the Knights of Malta, the Mozart House, and the first of the colonnades that guard the hot springs.
During the guided tour of Karlovy Vary, we will visit the colonnade of the Geyser, the colonnade of the Market, the neo-renaissance colonnade of the Mill, the neo-baroque colonnade of the Park, and the colonnade of the Freedom. There we will be able to taste the mineral waters that spring from its numerous fountains while the guide takes us to the past of the city, revealing its most fascinating details.
From the vehicle, we will admire some of the most emblematic buildings, such as the Military Institute of Thermal Baths (1855), Thermal Baths I (1895), III (1867), and V (1906), the Richmond Sanatorium Hotel, and the Municipal Market.
