Canyoning Salto do Cabrito in Sao Miguel Azores

Experience jumping, sliding, and abseiling through stunning natural gorges and waterfalls during this exciting canyoning tour of the Salto do Cabrito canyon, located in São Miguel. Upon arrival at Salto do Cabrito, meet your guide, who will provide you with canyoning equipment, and you will be 100% ready to have a great time.
When we meet at the meeting point, we will give you a briefing, we will distribute the necessary material for the activity, then the walk begins to the start of the route, which will include another safety briefing when starting the canyoning, it will contain up to 5 different waterfalls that you can jump, slide, abseil, the largest being 16 meters high that you can abseil and then it will end at the famous Salto do Cabrito waterfall.

On arrival
The access road to the meeting point will be reserved exclusively for our customers.
If you have any doubts about the road signs, don't worry, as you are authorized to do so.
At the end of the steep road, you will reach a gravel park and you will find us.

Good to know beforehand:
It is advisable that you maintain an average level of physical fitness. This excursion may involve crossing uneven surfaces, slippery rocks, muddy slopes, and small climbs and descents.
- It is not necessary to know how to swim, just be comfortable in the water. However, please let us know if this is the case.
- We advise against taking part in this activity for people with back problems. When booking, please inform us of any previous injuries, illnesses, or health problems.
- Pregnancy is not considered acceptable.
- The care of children is the responsibility of an adult.
- Our main priority is the well-being of our guests, so there are some restrictions.

- The harness can accommodate a maximum waist circumference of 1.40 meters (55 inches).
