Please note that the Cathedral may be closed or only partially accessible due to religious ceremonies, and if the Baptistery is closed for events, the tour will include a visit to the Monumental Cemetery instead. Inside the Cathedral, appropriate attire is required: shoulders, back, and at least mid-thighs must be covered.

Things to note
To enter the cathedral, the back and shoulders must be covered and the legs must be covered up to the knees.
It is recommended that you carry the phone number you left with you when you made your reservation.
No refunds or reimbursements are made for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. There are also no refunds if you do not show up for the tour for any reason (delays or cancellations in means of transportation such as trains, planes, boats)
Due to the Jubilee 2025 and its associated ceremonies, there will be occasions when the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or may be visited only partially, such as on Sunday mornings. On these occasions the guide will explain the monument from the outside.
