Montmartre & Pigalle Midday Free Walking Tour

Overview of the tour in Paris
While gradually walking up to the summit of the Montmartre hill, I'll be showing the best cafes with views, the locations of the famous artist's ateliers, interesting architectural features of the 'village' part of Montmartre, and other more recent artistic curiosities of 20th century Montmartre.
To save time, we'll not be entering the two Montmartre museums or the churches. But passing in front of them,
I'll give a short presentation about each of them.
This tour will give you a good experience and feel of what Montmartre is all about, so you can claim to have visited this famous neighborhood.
The tour will also give you advice on what else to see, especially the interior of various buildings of tourist interest.
So join me on this tour.
NB. Please be aware, that if bookings total less than 3 persons, there is a strong chance I'll cancel the tour. Check your mail before the tour to see if it happens. Or contact me by email to check if it’s still on.
I’ll be holding a blue folder and most likely wearing a grey-brown rucksack.
On arrival
At midday, at the exit of the middle Pigalle metro station, on the traffic island. Right across from the Bouillon and the McDonald's restaurants. I’ll be holding a blue folder.
Things to note
This is what you would call a ‘whirlwind’ tour of Montmartre, so any place that inspires curiosity can be explored more in-depth after the tour. Which conveniently ends a short walking distance to Montmartre’s central square.
The maximum size of the touring group will be ten persons, but usually, it will be between two and six persons, as large groups can be an unsatisfying experience for the individual walker. A minimum of three persons is required for every tour, otherwise the whole tour will be cancelled.
I’ll be holding a blue folder and most likely wearing a grey brown rucksack.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
