Overview of the tour in Paris

Frederic, who loves the area, will help you discover Montmartre. A far cry from tour operators with groups of 20. We'll be small enough to understand that Montmartre isn't just a cultural center for painters and philosophers. Above all, it's the capital's most unusual district. Its atypical history will hold no secrets for you.

The walk begins at Place des Abbesses. We'll take Rue Lepic and discover the windmills. We'll wander around Place du Tertre and finish in front of the Basilique du Sacré Coeur.

You'll understand why this was once the mount of martyrs, and why some streets bear the scars of a difficult history.

In the end, if you wish, Frederic can share a drink in a Montmartre brasserie to keep the conversation going.
