Join us for a relaxing and intriguing exploration of the best street food selections of the day. The gastronomic adventure takes place in the city center, in the old port area of ​​La Cala-Vucciria-Kalsa. We'll take you to our favorite food vendors, mostly run by the same families for decades.

We'll share the stories and curiosities behind each dish, the secrets of our mothers' recipes... and more! Each street food tells a story of Palermo's history, from the herbs brought by the Arabs to the rich dishes introduced by the Spanish.

You'll taste what we call the "6 pack of Palermo," the 6 pillars of local street food: arancini, panelle, crocchè, pani ca' mesa, Sfincione, and cannoli.
