A half-day centered around food, drink, and fun! We will buy our fresh ingredients at the local market, and we’ll head back to the chef's apartment in the heart of Palermo’s old town. We’ll enjoy a glass of Italian prosecco and get ready to prepare our 3-course meal. From the starters to the fresh pasta dish and our other dishes, we will use locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
We’ll drink Sicilian wine, share stories and traditions behind our food, and get to know each other while we prepare and cook our meal, which we'll eat together on our terrace. To finish it all off, pre-prepared Sicilian desserts and dessert wine!
