Overview
The visit begins at the Museo do Mar, where you can see the remains of the old medieval wall that surrounded Noia and the Porto do Poxilgo.
We will visit the churches of San Martiño (XV century) and Santa Maria A Nova (XIV century), temples of "seafaring Gothic" style and examples of the important link that Noia had with the cathedral of Santiago during the Middle Ages.
We will continue walking along A Corredoira, a beautiful cobbled street that leads us to Ponte de Traba, a place of magical beauty where the river of the same name flows and which houses numerous water mills.
On our way back we will visit the rest of the medieval town, crossing the Praza do Curro. We will even see the remains of the subway aqueduct that supplied drinking water to the fountains of Noia.
you enjoy, I'll explain it to you!
