Overview of the tour in New Delhi
Starting with the place where the Father of Nation passed away – we shall visit Raj Ghat. Nearby is the Shakti Peeth (final lying place of Indira Gandhi). After this, we shall take you to Jama Masjid (India’s largest mosque built by Emperor Shah Jahan- who also created Taj Mahal), Qutub Minar (2nd tallest Minar in India), Lotus Temple (Bahai house of worship), India Gate (All India War Memorial) and Akshardham Temple (Lord Swaminarayan Temple).
In the evening you will be at the largest shopping center of Delhi – Chandni Chowk. Designed by the daughter of Emperor Shah Jahan – Jahan Ara – it’s the most happening shopping market of Delhi! Here you will be taken to certain shops for Indian dress and jewelry shopping. Enjoy the shopping as our tour guide takes you around the market and guide you with the cloth type and appropriate price. The class is apart here as you shop a host of things including handicrafts, art, paintings, fabrics, designer as well as traditional clothing, artificial n real jewelry and souvenirs’ too!
