Hi, we are a small team of two local tour guides who wish to help you learn more about the city and history of Nassau, Bahamas with a free seafood snack. The tour is in English with translators. After the tour, all we ask is a kind monetary thank you at the end of this 2-and-a-half-hour experience.
The tour starts at Parliament Square next to the Queen Victoria statue. We learn about the British colonial history of The Bahamas, Loyalists, and the Bahamas government.
Next is the Government House, which is the state house of The Bahamas, which was completed in 1801. We talk about the government system and Christopher Columbus.
The world-famous Graycliff Resort is next. Graycliff is named after a famous pirate. Rich and famous like Beyonce, Winton Churchill, Patrick Ewing, Sean Connery, and more have stayed there. They also have a wine distillery, cigar making, and chocolate.
Next is the John Watlings Distillery. The tour ends at Parliament Square.
