Hello and welcome to Munich's city tour in Bavarian, lively, funny and local or in English, depending on the day and season, so that tourists from all over the world can understand me.
With wit, charm and Bavarian or British-Bavarian dialect, depending on the tour, I will guide you through the old town in about two entertaining hours. Whether you are a local, a newcomer or a tourist, on this authentic, free walking tour on a donation basis you will experience exciting history, wonderfully bizarre anecdotes and an authentic Munich feeling.
We start at Sendlinger Tor, walk to the Invader, to the magnificent Asamkirche, past Sigi Sommer, via Rindermarkt to Alter Peter and Marienplatz. Then we continue to the Prunkhof, meet the "Deife" in the Frauenkirche, hear stories from the National Theater, take a detour to Viscardigasse, and finally it gets royal at Odeonsplatz, in the Theatinerkirche and in the Hofgarten.
