Walking Bird Watching Tour in Montpllier
Overview
We will meet in a central location and then head to good birding ground from there (if everyone agrees, we can even head down to MIason de la Nature Preserve to do some waterfowl/marsh birding).
I am a wildlife biologist who has a passion for birds and I want to be able to share that passion with everyone! Join me!!
This activity includes:

- Rives-du-lez
- House of Nature
- Bois de Montmaur
- Parc Montcalm
On arrival
We will meet at the Latte centre tram station, and once everyone is assembled, we will head to the natural areas together.
If the group would rather meet in montpellier and tour three natural areas there, we can arrange a different meeting point. (A tram pass might be a good idea to have in case we need to travel by tram to get to our destinations).
Things to note
Please bring binoculars, water, wear good walking shoes (we will try to keep the activity level manageable for everyone joining), and if you want/have one - a bird-identifying book or app.
I will have my books, apps, and knowledge to help us on our adventure, so if you don't have any bird identification tools, no worries!
