You can find me in Castello Square, holding my tour license card and maps. For your convenience, I will also send you a message with all the necessary information, including the Google Maps location link.
Things to note
Please remember:
1) Bring a refillable water bottle. Milan is an eco-friendly city, and we’ll have water stops.
2) We have a 10-minute coffee/ice-cream break, which is not included in the tour duration.
3) Wear comfortable shoes; this is a walking tour.
4) If you have any questions or are booking for more than 4 people, please message me before confirming.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
