We will walk in the footsteps of Emerita Augusta, founded more than 2000 years ago by Emperor Augustus, and we will learn how Romans, Visigoths, Arabs and Christians left their mark on the city.
During the tour we will discover Roman temples, imperial streets, palaces, medieval churches and one of the best preserved Muslim fortresses in Spain, ending next to the majestic Roman bridge over the Guadiana River.
