Meeting point:
The tour begins outside Parque Berrío Metro Station. Please use the South Exit and look for your guide from Medellín City of Contrasts.
To ensure a smooth start, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Before the tour, your assigned guide will contact you through the platform or WhatsApp (when available) to confirm the meeting details and provide any additional directions you may need. If you have any difficulty finding the meeting point, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
Weather:
Medellín is known as the "City of Eternal Spring," but its weather can change quickly. Our tours normally operate rain or shine. Much of the route passes through areas where we can take shelter if necessary, allowing us to continue the experience comfortably and safely.
Only in exceptional circumstances that may affect the safety or mobility of the group could the tour be modified or rescheduled. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

This experience operates under the free tour model, which means there is no fixed price to join in advance.
At the end of the tour, participants have the opportunity to support the work of their guide through a voluntary contribution that recognizes the time, preparation, research, and experience dedicated to creating this experience.
This model allows local guides to continue sharing Medellín's history, culture and transformation in an accessible and meaningful way for travelers from around the world.
Additional Recommendations:
This is a walking tour through Medellín's historic center and surrounding areas. We recommend comfortable footwear, sun protection, water, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Families with children are welcome; however, please note that the tour involves several hours of walking and may be demanding for younger children.
If your plans change and you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking at least one hour before the tour. This helps us organize the experience and allows other travelers the opportunity to join.
Likewise, if an unforeseen circumstance prevents your guide from conducting the tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the best available alternative.
