Mdina City Walking Tour
Overview of the tour in Mdina
Meet your guide at the Mdina Main Gate by the bridge. The guide will be holding a City Walking Tours Malta sign or a red umbrella and will start with an introduction to the city's historical background.
You will then proceed to discover the “Citta' Notabile”, the Noble City, its medieval name which describes it best.
It was home then, as now, to Malta's noble families. Impressive palaces, churches, and convents line its narrow medieval streets as you wind your way through this town you will be thrown back in time.
The neighboring suburb, Rabat is just a stone’s throw away. Here, we will make our way through the old quarter and enjoy Maltese vernacular architecture.

Public buses as well as various Hop-on, Hop-off bus companies operate to Main Gate Mdina. There are public car-parks around the Mdina Main Gate area.
