Overview of the tour in Marseille

Welcome on this tour to visit the oldest town in France.

Starting from the beautiful old port, a natural cove where the Greeks arrived in 600 BC! We'll travel 2600 years ago in Le Jardin Des Vestiges.

The oldest neighborhood in France, it is called « Le Panier.» retracing the history and stories of its monuments, Hotel de Cabre, Hotel Dieu, and Pavillon Daviel. Up the hill through the old beautiful streets, we'll explain the evolution of the place and back down to admire the Renaissance architecture of La Vieille Charité.

Arriving at the see sight of the New port, we'll discover Cathedrale of la Major, Mucem, and Villa mediterranée. A very pleasant and attractive area, highly visited for its view, modern architecture, and unique cultural proposal.

Finally, the entrance of the old port, viewing Notre Dame, two fortresses, St Jean and St Nicolas, Church St Laurent, and facing Abbaye St Victor.
