Overview

We will meet near the Hotel de Ville, Marseille's city hall overlooking the Vieux Port, and after a brief introduction to modern Marseille, we will venture into the city's history and the streets of the historic Le Panier district. From the city's Greek foundation, we will come to admire the beautiful Vieille Charité and the murals that fill the streets with vibrant colors.

We will then reach the Cathedral of St. Mary Major overlooking the gulf and end the tour on a panoramic terrace from which to admire the Vieux Port.
