A half-day centered around food, drink, and fun! The class will take place in a private ocean view villa.
Together, we will learn how to prepare a typical Sicilian 3-course menu, making fresh Sicilian pasta and various antipasti and main courses. We only use locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. A selection of wine from local vineyards will be available, including the famous Marsala dessert wine.
We will share stories and traditions behind our food, enjoy wine, and get to know each other while we prepare and cook our meal, which we will then enjoy together on the ocean-view terrace.
To finish it all off, we will enjoy our pre-prepared Sicilian desserts and dessert wine!
