Minimum age: 4 years old (by date of birth)
Not allowed for: Pregnant people, those with shoulder dislocations/back/neck injuries, heart conditions, recent alcohol/drug use, or casts.
Minors (under 18): Need parent/guardian signature.

Wear comfortable, collarless clothing and lace-up sneakers.
No jewelry or valuables (not permitted during flight).
- Check-In & Rescheduling:
Arrive 75 minutes before your scheduled flight (for registration & training).
Late arrivals: Subject to rescheduling with MOP 200 admin fee per person.
Rescheduling (before flight day): MOP 200 admin fee per person.
No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
