Begin at the Valley of the Kings, exploring three tombs (excluding King Tutankhamun). Visit Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple, the mortuary temple of the only female pharaoh, carved into the cliffs. Stop at the Colossi of Memnon and Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple.
After an included lunch, transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle to the East Bank to see the Karnak Temples, dedicated to Amun, and Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III and completed by Ramesses II.
Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Luxor.
