Tour of Soho with fish & chips and a pint
Overview
The tour begins at Piccadilly Circus and takes you past iconic landmarks such as Regent Street, Carnaby Street, and The Spirit of Soho mural, while you learn about the neighborhood’s history and social transformation.
We’ll stroll down Wardour Street, Old Compton Street, and Frith Street to explore Soho’s role in London’s music scene, from jazz to British rock. You’ll also learn about John Snow and his investigation into the 1854 cholera outbreak.
During the tour, we’ll stop for some fish & chips. Then we’ll pass through Chinatown and Leicester Square, and visit Cecil Court and Goodwin’s Court before ending at Covent Garden. There, we’ll pop into a traditional pub to enjoy a local beer, which is included in the tour.

On arrival
Meeting point: The Eros statue (Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain) at Piccadilly Circus (across from Lillywhites). Look for a blue-green flag with the name “Paseando por Europa” on it.

You can choose from three meal options. Please specify your choice when making your reservation:

If you don’t specify a choice, the default option will be Fish Bites. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. Out of respect for the group, the guide cannot wait, as we must arrive on time for the cheese and wine tasting.
- Paseando por Europa guides carry blue-green flags.
- Show your reservation (printed or on your phone) to the Paseando por Europa guide at the meeting point.
- Is the tour canceled if it rains? No, it’s not canceled—we always go ahead!
