Tour of the British Museum in London
Overview
We will begin our visit outside, at the entrance of the museum, where we will see its resemblance to some buildings of Classical Greece, and we will move to the Hall of Enlightenment, the oldest of the museum, which houses a collection of more than 60,000 books of King George III.
We will move on to dive into the culture of Ancient Egypt, where we will learn all the details of Egyptian funeral rites and our journey into the past will continue to the Assyrian civilization.
The Greeks have been another of the cultures that have left a great historical legacy. Continuing our visit, we will find an important part of the structure of the Parthenon of Athens.
We will end our visit discovering several pieces of the Aztecs after having met Hoa Hakananai'a, a moai of Easter Island of more than two meters high.
