Park Zvezda, next to the anchor monument - look for the mint-colored umbrella.
On arrival
The tour starts at Park Zvezda (Congress Square), next to the large metal anchor monument in the center of the park. I'll be holding a mint-colored umbrella.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. The tour begins on time, and we cannot wait for late arrivals due to the walking schedule.
