Welcome to the Liverpool Waterfront, an area with privileged views, which will allow us to delve into the fascinating history of the Port Albert Dock, a living testimony of the city's past and wealth.

We begin our exciting historical tour from Mann Island, a strategic point that gives us a panoramic view of the Mersey River and its surroundings. From here we'll head a few steps next door to talk about Titanic, railway tunnels and George's Dock, the forerunner of Albert Dock, where Liverpool's maritime history began to take shape. We will also find out the fascinating history of Pier Head, the Three Graces.

As the main part of the tour, we will dive into the history of The Royal Albert Dock to talk about its warehouses and development over the years. We will also have the opportunity to discover the history of the Pumphouse, Canning Dock, Salthouse Dock, Docks Traffic Office and more.

Our historical tour concludes next to the site where the Customs House was. exploring the layers of its history, from its beginnings as the first Wet Dock to its current resurgence.
