Free Tour of Lima: Lima Not to be missed
Overview
We will start our Free Tour right next to the statue of Jose Olaya.
We will venture into the Plaza de Rosario and there will be many incredible stories to tell, from the Portuguese messianic myth of the Inquisition to the capital of the Spanish Empire during the Napoleonic war. Another unforgettable stop will be when we pass by the Ishma Memorial and the Santo Domingo Church and tell you all about the Lima massacre of 1992. We will pass by one of Lima's most emblematic establishments and the more adventurous will taste the amazing Pisco.
Before heading to the last stop of our trip, and if the pace allows it, we will tell you all about Francisco Pizarro and the National Theater of Lima.
Arriving at the last stop of our tour, we will tell you all about President Leguía's reconstruction plans after the earthquake and the Rimac Triumphal Arch.
This is possibly the best walking tour of the city and as you can see, we pass through many of the must-see places in Lima.

Come to our meeting point to start the tour efficiently. Do not go to meeting points in Miraflores to waste 1 hour of your time waiting. You must take the metrobus or Uber but with time in advance to avoid congestion so you will arrive on time and not miss the tour.
