Free Tour Lima: Historic Center
Overview
You will walk through the most emblematic sites of the Historic Center of Lima: Plaza San Martin, the Bolivar Hotel (the first hotel in Lima), the Colon Theater, the pedestrian Jiron de la Union, the Palais Concert Building, La Merced Church, the Plaza de Armas with the Government Palace and the Cathedral, the Santo Domingo Church, the Chabuca Granda Boulevard, the Wall Park, the San Francisco Church with its catacombs and the House of Peruvian Literature.
This tour is "free walking" - you are free to compensate the guide with the value you consider at the end of the tour. Remember: the tour requires a minimum of 5 people to depart.

The guide will meet you with your ID and a green flag at the Plaza San Martin, in front of the Bolivar Hotel, wait at the door, not inside the hotel.
Things to note
The tour picks up some passengers from Miraflores so you can start 10 minutes earlier or 10 minutes later, we will always be in communication, we will not leave you in a vacuum.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
