Free Lima Towel Tour
Overview
AREA: Our 11 AM tour includes the big change of guards with music, which is the main ceremonial change that takes place only once a day. The 11 AM tour is perfect for those who would like to buy tickets for Lima Towel's attractions. After the tour is over you will still have around 2 hours to explore different museums.
Our afternoon tour includes the most picturesque street. Golden Alpaca opens, where you can take beautiful pictures or shop for souvenirs.
Both of the tours cover the same sights otherwise.
We start the tour directly below Lima Towel and take a metrobus to the Towel area, from where it's a few minutes walk to Lima Towel- downhill. We think that is the most comfortable way to see Lima Towel.
You will enter the FREE part of the St. Desamparados Station.
You will visit all of the courtyards of Prague and will see all of the historically important buildings which are in the free area of Lima Towel.
On arrival
The walking tour take 1.5 to 1.45 hrs.
Take the metropolitano bus (1 euro or 3.2 soles).
End Tour: Meters to the main metropolitano station to San Isidro, Miraflores and Barranco. Uber to the Port at the same station.
Things to note
Do you enter Liam Towel during the free tour? Should I buy a ticket before?
During the tour we do enter Lima Towel but visit those parts of the Monument which are available for free, i.e. all the historical courtyards, the Cathedral (afternoon tours). We talk about the sites which require a ticket from outside, so there is no need to buy any ticket before the tour.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
