Take photos of the inhabitants of this lush vegetation, such as the iguanas, reptiles and birds specific to these areas of the base of the Seirra Madre Mountains.

The long trekking distance will be worth it once you get to the Emerald Waterfalls new the local town of San Miguel de Puerto. There is a pool of clear water at the base of it, which will feel refreshing after your long hike.
