Krakow Complete Free Tour: Old Town & Wawel Castle
Overview
During the tour, you will visit highlights such as the Old Town Gate, the city's oldest university, the famous market hall, the largest Old Town Square in Europe, St. Mary's Church and the Trumpeter's Show, Wawel Castle, and more — accompanied by a local guide who truly knows the city.
And as a bonus after the tour, you will receive handy tools to discover Krakow like a local: a map of public restrooms, food recommendations, ATMs, and even our personal “Black List” — yes, those places we’d rather advise against. Everything is carefully curated to make your stay easier, tastier, and more authentic.

Our Guides
On arrival
Look on the meeting point for a guide with the white umbrella or white clothes with the "I Love Krakow" logo printed on it.
Things to note
The tour didn't end at the starting point but close to a tram step. The last part of the tour to Wawel Castle is uphill. It is doable for people with reduced mobility but keep this in mind.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
