Excursion to Wroclaw from Krakow

Overview of the tour in Krakow

We will leave Krakow at 7:00 a.m. to embark on a 1-day trip through the ¨Venice of the North¨, that is how the city of Wroclaw is known. We will start in the town hall square we will start with a tour of the wonderful historic center of the city.

The facade of the Astronomical Clock, the Pillory, the tiny ones, the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, the Oder River, the Lovers' Bridge. To conclude we will visit some islands of the Oder River.

We will recommend some restaurants where you can enjoy Polish cuisine.

In the afternoon we will visit the interior of the main building of the University of Wroclaw, specifically the Leopoldina Hall, and we will also go up to the viewpoint where we will enjoy a spectacular view of the city.

We will continue with a visit to Racławice Panorama, a spectacular 360-degree painting with dimensions that will dazzle us whether we are lovers of painting or not. An essential visit in the city.

To finish, we will go to the surroundings of the Centennial Pavilion of the early twentieth century where the Nazi party held massive rallies. We will conclude in the Japanese garden, a delight for the senses.
