- Healing Soundscape: Deepen your practice with live traditional music. Witness the rhythmic beauty of the Tabla, played by my 17-year-old daughter, alongside the Sitar and Harmonium.
- Body & Mind Balance: The session includes Yoga Nidra and specific techniques to help you conquer the mind and achieve a perfect balance between soul and body.
- Spiritual Dialogue: This is a safe space for curiosity. You are welcome to ask spiritual questions and share insights during the session.
- Traditional Indian Meal: After the class, we gather to enjoy an authentic home-cooked dinner featuring Dal, rice, chapati, salad, and chutney.
