Guests will be picked up directly from their hotel or a central location in Kigali. Please provide your hotel name or the city center address when booking.

Arrival Timing:
Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt departure.
If coming from outside Kigali, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to avoid city traffic delays.
Getting to the Meeting Point on Your Own (Optional):
From Kigali International Airport (KGL): Take a taxi (~30 minutes) to your hotel or meeting point.
From Kigali City Center: Most locations are within a 5–15 minute drive to the pickup point.
