Kaunas: Pažaislis Monastery & Church Guided Tour

We will explore the breathtaking church and monastery complex, but we won't just look at the surface. We will dive into the deep symbolism of Baroque art. You will learn why the church was built in a rare hexagonal shape, how it connects to the founder’s coat of arms, and how the Italian masters used optical illusions to open the ceiling to the heavens.
From the dramatic frescoes to the "Memento Mori" reminders of the fleeting nature of life, this tour will reveal the hidden messages built into the very walls of this sacred place. Come and experience the beauty, the silence, and the stories of Pažaislis.

Things to note
YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MONASTERY TICKET. Ticket prices to go with me are cheaper than on the website. For adults, it's 8 EUR.
For schoolchildren, students, seniors - 5 eur
Free entrance for:
* Children under 7 years of age;
* Disabled persons and one accompanying person (when the disabled person's working capacity is 0-25% or disability group I);
* Members of tourist firms, guide guild;
* Persons aged 80 years and over.
The tour is only going to happen if there are 4+ people. If there is less, but you still would like to have a tour, there is a minimum 20 EUR price per person. Otherwise is free. You can book a tour, and I will inform you about the number of people in advance. If you have any questions, you can contact me.
