Our event takes place at the Binbirdirek Cistern. The cistern is located on İmran Ökten Street, about 50 meters on the left after passing the Sultanahmet Tram Stop on Divanyolu Avenue, when walking from Sultanahmet Square towards Çemberlitaş.

About the Binbirdirek Cistern
The Binbirdirek Cistern, built in the 4th century A.D. during the reign of Emperor Constantine, was later expanded in the Byzantine era to store the city’s water needs, making it the second-largest underground cistern of Istanbul.
Standing beside the Hippodrome, this monumental structure now captivates visitors with its mystical atmosphere, offering an unforgettable journey through history.
