Overview

Everyone visits the beatiful Old Town, but Istanbul offers much more than this. Come to the Asian side and explore one of the oldest district of the Istanbul!

The tour will start from Uskudar Marmaray Station main entrance.

During this tour, you will learn detailed information about the history and geography of Istanbul and one of its oldest Anatolian settlements, Uskudar. You will visit the main landmarks in Uskudar Square, including Ahmet Fountain, Mihrimah Sultan Mosque, Valide-i Cedid Mosque and Şemsi Ahmet Paşa Mosque, and learn the exciting stories about each of them. A visit to local market will give you detailed information about Turkish cuisine and local foods, continued with a walk at Uskudar Gastronomy Street.

Of course, a tour in Uskudar cannot be imagined without Maiden's Tower! You will hear both romantic and realistic stories about this iconic landmark.

The tour may be continued with a bus drive to Kuzguncuk Street, with participants willing to explore this nice street with lots of cafes and beautiful old Ottoman Era houses.
