Complimentary Hotel Pickup & Drop-off: To ensure a hassle-free experience, this tour includes free round-trip transfers from all city center hotels, including Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Laleli, Aksaray, Taksim, Şişli, and Beşiktaş.
Pickup Procedure: You do not need to find a meeting point. Our professional team will pick you up directly from your hotel. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the designated time.
Pickup Time: Your exact pickup time (typically between 08:00 AM and 09:00 AM) will be confirmed by our operations team via WhatsApp or email one day before the tour, depending on your hotel's location.
Drop-off: After a wonderful day in nature, our comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle will drop you back at your hotel or the original pickup location around 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM.
Stay in Touch: Our drivers and guides are in constant communication. If you have any trouble finding our vehicle or need to update your location, you can reach our 24/7 support line.
Things to note
Comfort First: We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing a light jacket, as it can be cooler near the waterfalls and lake.
Adventure Gear: If you plan to participate in Jeep Safari or Zipline, please wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. Personal Expenses: Please note that activities like Jeep Safari, Swing, and Zipline are optional and may require an additional fee.
Turkish Delight: You will have the opportunity to purchase fresh and authentic products at the Turkish Delight Factory.
Camera Ready: Don't forget your camera! The Glass Terrace and Sapanca Lake offer some of the best panoramic views in the region.
Lunch: A traditional lunch in a peaceful natural setting is included in your program.
