Overview
This tour will allow you to explore the city beyond the usual tourist spots, experiencing firsthand the daily life of a diverse city full of contrasts unlike any other. After touring both banks of the Bosphorus—including a detour into the Golden Horn—and admiring palaces and mosques, bridges, and monumental buildings for two hours accompanied by our guide, our boat will drop us off at Üsküdar, the city’s second-oldest district, located on the Asian side.
There, we’ll begin our culinary tour at the local market, sampling some of the sweet and savory local specialties that are part of everyday life for Istanbullus, while taking a short stroll along the waterfront of one of the city’s most traditional neighborhoods.
Next, we’ll cross the Bosphorus on the public ferry to reach the vibrant neighborhood of Beşiktaş, one of the city’s most popular hubs for entertainment and nightlife. There, we’ll continue our culinary tour, ending in the heart of the neighborhood that boasts the highest number of breweries and pubs per square meter.

We'll be at the agreed-upon time next to the Dervis Café in Sultanahmet, in front of the tiled and wooden benches across from the Blue Mosque. Look for our white umbrella.
