Our Guides
On arrival
Kabataş Tram (T1) — street level. Exit toward the Kabataş ferry piers and meet at the main entrance of “Şehir Hatları – Kabataş İskelesi”, beside the ticket kiosks (right by the waterfront). I’ll be holding a tiny yellow flag in my hand. I also wear a red lanyard with my guide badge—look for the yellow flag first. If you’re arriving by public transport Tram T1: follow signs to İskeleler/Ferries (2–3 min downhill). F1 Funicular (Taksim ↔ Kabataş): exit to the waterfront; the Şehir Hatları terminal is ~2 min.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
