Pickup is included from all hotels in Hurghada, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay, El Gouna, and Safaga. Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time, holding a BAS Tours sign or your booking name.
Please be ready 5 minutes before pickup and keep your phone/WhatsApp available in case the guide needs to contact you.

Bring cash if you plan to shop — Egyptian Pounds, Euros, and US Dollars are accepted.
Hotels outside central Hurghada may require a small transfer surcharge (confirmed before pickup).
