Overview of the tour in Hoi An

We pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An center for being invited as a “Special Guest” to our dinner (Or Lunch). Arriving at the house, you are warmly welcomed by all family members. A short introduction to our family will help you to know each other.

The host lives in a wet rice farming village so the host will tell you stories about the life of farmers here. We will show you how to produce white rice in the traditional way with some old hand machines in my house:

We are husking the rice to have brown rice –secondly, we winnow to separate brown rice from the husk – then we sift and pound brown rice to become white rice – last step we grind white rice to get rice flour, and we use rice flour for cooking rice pancake later for your meal.

Then you are first hand to try all the activities meanwhile our family prepared lunch or dinner for you after that with the local foods:
-Fresh spring roll
-Green papaya salad.
-Fish sauteed with tomatoes.
-Fried morning glory.
-Seasonal fruit and tea
