Our Guides
On arrival
Our meeting point is Cộng Café, Cầu Gỗ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi.
It is located near the corner of Cầu Gỗ Street & Hàng Gai Street, right in the heart of the Old Quarter.
Look for the distinctive Cộng Café sign with its vintage military décor; it’s very easy to recognize.
Your local guide will be waiting with a friendly smile there.
Things to note
This tour is suitable for small groups and all ages.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for riding a motorbike.
Helmets and raincoats are provided for safety.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early at the meeting point (Cộng Café, Cầu Gỗ) to meet your guide.
The tour includes a local guide who will ride with you, share stories, and help you navigate Hanoi.
Food stops may include dishes with meat, seafood, or gluten; please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
The tour runs rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
