On arrival
We have the option to pick up at the hotel, when there are more than 5 tourists, at no additional cost, applies to some areas in Medellin, for example Laureles sector, stadium, the 70 and some sectors of Poblado (including the main park). This option only applies in the morning, and in the afternoon tourists must travel by their own means to their respective hotel.
We will have contact with the tourists before the tour, because in this schedule we have to add additional information and finalize relevant details of the tour.
It is a shared tour, the exact meeting point is provided, where they join the other tourists. Only applies in the case of not applying pick up option.
Things to note
Not included:
- Optional entrance to Piedra del Peñón ($30.000 Colombian pesos).
- Optional entrance to the Upside Down House ($18.000 Colombian pesos)
- Expenses not specified in the tours
Recommendations:
- If the day is very cold, it is recommended to bring warm clothes, we will probably have rain on the tour or cold weather.
- Bring an umbrella, cap, hat is optional.
- Use sun block lotion.
- Take into account the recommendations of the guide, the times and meeting points, this in order not to delay the activities with other tourists.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
