Overview
The high demand that the monumental complex of the Alhambra has makes our visitors, on many occasions, leave Granada without visiting it. With this tour around the Alhambra you will get to know some parts of this essential place for everyone who visits Granada.
On this visit we will get to know the Alhambra, accessing with our guides into the public areas that are offered, where we can enjoy many of its corners and gardens. Its wonderful views will serve as the setting to learn about the fascinating history and disturbing legends of the monumental complex. We will visit an old hammam or steam bath and an inlaid artisan workshop, one of the most ancient artisan techniques that are still alive.
We will also know an extensive collection of medieval pieces excellently preserved in the precious Archaeological Museum of the Alhambra, through which we will understand the meaning of the ancient Al-Andalus. In the Palace of Carlos V we will see how the master architect Pedro Machuca designed a circular patio that was unprecedented in the Renaissance.
