Overview
We will visit the main square and its surroundings, which are surrounded by neoclassical and colonial buildings. At the city's Cathedral, we will learn about its construction. Then, we will explore the local market to immerse ourselves in the culture and daily life of the people of Granada.
We will visit other sites of interest, such as the Tio Antonio hammock factory, which is a social project. We will also visit La Merced Church, where we will enjoy the best view of the city from its bell tower.
Finally, we will move to the Xalteva complex and plaza, an ancient indigenous settlement before the arrival of the Spaniards. There, we will see its park, walls, church, and La Casa El Recodo, the oldest house in the city.
