Overview
Day 1: Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, our tour guide will meet you to begin your full-day tour. Visit the Great Pyramids (Cheops, Chephren, Mykerinos) and the Valley Temple, then enjoy a close-up view of the Sphinx. Lunch is served at a local restaurant (beverages not included). Continue with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to over 250,000 artifacts, including Tutankhamun’s treasures, before exploring the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar and returning to your hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast, depart at 7:00 am for a day trip to Alexandria in a modern A/C vehicle. Explore the Roman Theater, Pompey’s Pillar, and the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa, then visit Elsawary, Montazha Garden, and the Alexandria Library. Also, view Qaytbay Citadel and El Mursi Abu Elabas before returning to Cairo for lunch and an overnight stay.
