Tips based on your experience
On arrival
Meet at the Piazza del Ferrari. Message me when you arrive.
Recommendations:
Take the metro to Ferrari station; the exit is right in the square. If walking from the port, head up via San Lorenzo. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Things to note
I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as Genoa has many historic public fountains with fresh, drinkable water. Since we will enter religious sites like the Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, please ensure your shoulders and knees are covered out of respect. Lastly, keep your camera ready-the medieval alleys offer some of the most unique photo opportunities in Italy.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
