On arrival

Our unforgettable journey begins in Eyre Square, precisely next to the statue of Pádraic Ó Conaire. Your guide will be carrying a black umbrella to ensure a smooth start to your tour. A helpful image is available in our gallery! The one where the guide stands beside a statue.

Things to note

The route is mostly flat and easy to walk. We move at a relaxed pace, with plenty of stops to enjoy the sights, stories, and atmosphere of Galway.

We recommend comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (this is Galway, after all!), and a bit of curiosity. An umbrella or rain jacket can also be handy, just in case.
